How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During this time, we will pack the products and send them to DHL/FedEx/UPS, which will deliver them to you within 3-7 days.

Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.
What is your return policy?
